Kim is the leader of the finance and operations sectors of USA Land and Ranch, LLC and the Caprock Auction Group. Her professional experience includes Fortune 500 enterprises, start-up companies, and both public and private entities. Her expertise lies in business and operations management with a focus in accounting, finance, compliance, systems implementation, software migration, process improvement and business growth acceleration.
Kim has been in the Amarillo area since 2015, originally hailing from Colorado. Her passion lies in lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement. To date, she has earned three undergraduate degrees and three graduate degrees, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Performance Psychology.
